Progressive
Multi built our first prog tool in 2019 and we have kept to design and build more and more good quality Progs for worldwide market.Multi engineers take into consideration material properties, part tolerances and the optimization of material in the design of the tooling.
Our goal is to provide a robust die process that saves material and makes a part within tolerance. Tool size can up to 157.5" and tonnage up to 800T. -
Blank
Multi built our first blank die for South Africa customer. We design and build fully as per customer standard.
Blank dies are best suited for high volume programs where the modest up front investment returns significant piece cost savings over the life of the program. -
Tandem
Tandem dies are suitable for some big but low valume parts. Although we haven't built tandem die yet,our design and tooling engineer have rich experience on it. We have full confidence to build good quality tandem die for you.
