High quality tooling design not only can promise tooling quality but also save time & cost for whole project.
The tool design department has genuine UG software, and all tools are designed in full 3D. We have also developed a full 3D plugin internally, creating a parts library, structure library, and customer standard library, greatly improving the efficiency of tool design.
Five CAE engineers can provide customers with multi solution flow analysis and select the best solution. Professional and meticulous preliminary analysis, identifying problems in advance and preventing potential risks.
A column checklist has been developed for each customer, checking every detail to ensure design quality.

• Design using software such as UG NX, AutoCAD, Catia, and Autofrom analysis software.
• The annual production capacity of tools is over 100 sets, with 8 tooling project teams and several tool manufacturing and design engineers.
• The tool department has an independent quality department, equipped with several tool QE and follow-up engineers. There is a testing room equipped with quality inspection equipment such as 3D sensors and projectors.
• We have our own set of tool quality standards with 5 steps, which can meet the lifespan requirements of over 2 million tools.
